Shipping and Service Area

Aurex Glass is a supply and install business. Most of our products are measured, made and installed by us not shipped like normal online orders.

Where we work

We service South East QLD and Northern NSW. This covers site measures, delivery and installation.

If you are outside this area, contact us before ordering. We may still be able to help, but availability depends on location.

Travel charges

Some areas within our service region may attract a travel charge. If a travel charge applies to your job, it will be shown on your quote — no surprises on the day.

Installed products

Shower screens, wardrobe doors, mirrors and custom glass are delivered and installed by Aurex as part of your job. There is no separate shipping cost — delivery and install are included in your quote unless stated otherwise.

Supply-only orders

If you order supply-only (no install), we will confirm pickup or delivery options and any delivery cost with you before the order is finalised. Glass is fragile and heavy, so supply-only delivery is quoted per job.

Lead times

Lead times depend on the product, supplier availability and our install schedule. We will give you an estimated timeframe when you order. Estimates are a guide, not a guarantee — supplier delays, weather and site readiness can move dates. See our Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy.
